30 CFR 1-199

The 30 CFR 1-199 is a 6" x 9" paperback printed by the U.S. Government Printing Office.  This volume called "Mineral Resources" contains the MSHA regulations for the entire U.S. mining industry--coal, metal and nonmetal mines.
